The user completes a request form on our website, providing details about their project, property, and contact information. We validate the submission for completeness and accuracy.

Step 3: Secure Lead Transfer
We securely transfer the qualified lead to a contracted service provider in the user's area. The transfer happens through encrypted channels and includes all relevant project details.
Transfer includes:

- • Timestamp and reference ID
Step 4: Provider Contact & Fulfillment
The contracted provider contacts the customer directly to schedule a consultation, provide a quote, and ultimately fulfill the service. All product sales, installations, and customer service are handled by the provider.
